Madison 2024 Fall Food Cart Review

I was selelcted to participate in the Fall 2024 Food Cart Review, which granted me the privilege of trying items from food carts downtown near the Capitol and in Library Mall in September and October. I tried over two dozen food carts and submitted reviews for their consideration to be a part of the family of food carts in downtown Madison.

The following food carts are reviewed in the order I tried them in.

Caracas Arepas, Library Mall, Weekdays

The Pabellón with shredded beef, sweet plantains, black beans, and cincho cheese, $7, 98/100 (I wanted the meat to be more flavorful, but it was the perfect sized bite of food, and really enjoyed the concept and presentation.)
